With a $16M Series A in the bank, Commsor has set out to build a community-led future. Their core product, the Community Operating System, ties community data together and enables organizations to unlock insights, measure impact, and build a community-led company.
Recently, they’ve ramped up their integration development, rolling out five brand new integrations to help Community Managers connect the dots – in one single dashboard.
We’re delighted to announce that one of those five brand new integrations is inSided.
More about the integration below.
How the integration works
Commsor’s inSided integration brings your data straight from the platform into Commsor. With it, you can see details from inSided for each individual member, as well all their activities, in your Member Dashboard.
You’ll need admin permissions on inSided to connect your community to Commsor. For a full guide to using the integration, check out there inSided knowledge base article.
What you can do with the integration
With the inSided integration, your data worries are a thing of the past.
✅ See member profile data and activity, directly in Commsor.
✅ Track members across platforms (see which members are interacting with you there, vs. Slack vs. Twitter, etc.)
✅ Connect your inSided community with Commsor’s other integrations.
How customers will use it
“inSided is one of my new favorite platforms in the community space, and we’ve seen more and more of our customers choosing inSided as their main platform,” says Mac Reddin, Commsor co-founder and CEO. “It was a no-brainer for us to partner and integrate with them.”
Community managers will be able to use the inSided integration to connect their inSided community efforts back to all their other community activities across social media, events, and other platforms, he adds. “They’ll also be able to use Commsor and inSided to prove the impact that their community is having on their organization as a whole, across sales, marketing, support, and success.”
Commsor is the community operating system that integrates with all the tools you already use, tying your community together to help you unlock insights, measure impact, and build a Community-Led company.
Community unlocks the power of your customer network, enabling you to scale your business, resources, and presence in ways that traditional marketing or advertising channels can’t. We believe a thriving community is a company’s most valuable asset — but building one isn’t easy.
Right now, community teams are stuck manually wrangling spreadsheets, making decisions with incomplete data, and failing to prove the value and impact that you anecdotally know exists.
We want to change that. We want to help you do more, with Commsor.
