Amazingly, it’s that time of the year again already—time to reflect on what happened in 2018 and what we’re looking forward to for the coming twelve months. At inSided we achieved so much in 2018 and to say we’re excited for what 2019 has to offer would be an understatement... bring it on!

Our innovative events
In May and again in November we welcomed 45 customers to our beautiful Amsterdam location for more inSpired innovation labs. Inspiring conversations about running successful communities and debates on topics like activating, engaging and delighting users were happening once again in our World Café. We absolutely love learning from our valued customers and helping them share best practices with each other, so thanks to all who attended, and stay tuned for more inSpired innovation labs coming in 2019!

Our exciting partnerships
In November we teamed up with CSM stalwarts Gainsight at their European event Pulse in London and our Global Strategy Director, Bart Meerdink delivered a pretty inspiring presentation that has since been rocking the world of self-service … well done to Bart who developed the concept of the SaaS maturity model and has since brought it back to the Amsterdam circuit where it is now influencing some of the globe’s hottest startups!

2018 was another incredible year for product and platform updates… with amazing new features and functionality like advanced analytics, embeddable widgets that offer real-time in-product support, new and incredible live search functionality that will give any search a run for its money, new and easier ways for community users to ask and answer questions, Typeform integrations, branded templates to help our new customers get up and running quickly with a community that totally reflects their brand… Our development team absolutely rocked it this year! We also released a couple of awesome eBooks and guides to help our fabulous customers get the most out of their inSided platform.

Bigger & better industry partnerships
We love our customers in the telecom industry (and boy, do we have a lot of them!) so we’re proud to be part of the upcoming CEM Telecom Global Summit in London at the end of January. Stop by and see us at #CEMGlobal if you’re attending.
We’ll also be at SaaStr in the Bay Area in February, so be sure to come and say hi to our Founder Robin or sales ninjas Lotte and Val—we’d be delighted to meet you!

Revolutionizing the face of customer self-service
In the last half of 2018 we’ve been incredibly busy at inSided enhancing our offering and what it really means for our amazing customers. We’ve worked closely with a number of leading analysts like Gartner & Forrester and have been working tirelessly to upgrade our platform so that we can reach our BHAG of enabling 10 million customer answers every day by 2030.
